Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Tucon, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use our services.

2. User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account on our Service.

3. Educator Responsibilities

Educators are independent contractors and not employees of Tucon. You are responsible for:

• Providing high-quality instruction.
• Maintaining accurate availability.
• Adhering to our community standards.

4. Payments and Cancellations

Learners are charged at the time of booking. Cancellations made more than 36 hours before the scheduled session start time are eligible for a full refund.

As an exception, if a session was booked within 36 hours of the start time, the learner has a 12-hour grace period from the exact booking creation time to cancel it for a full refund. Missed sessions by learners outside these windows are non-refundable. If an educator cancels or misses a session, the learner will be fully refunded.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Tucon, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

6. Classroom Security & Off-Platform Transactions

To maintain a secure learning environment and protect user privacy, the following conduct terms are strictly enforced:

• No Recording: Recording of live video classroom sessions, in whole or in part, by any party is strictly prohibited without explicit written consent from Tucon administration.
• No Contact Sharing: Users must not share personal contact details (such as personal phone numbers, emails, or messaging handles) to arrange services directly.
• No Off-Platform Transactions: All transactions and learning sessions must be completed and processed through the Tucon platform. Any attempt to solicit or complete transactions outside of Tucon will lead to immediate account suspension.
